Meet Kathy Anuszewski, Broker and Owner of
GRB Maritime Realty~ Kathy has over 30 years of
Real Estate experience specializing in sales and rentals of vacation and
year round homes at beautiful
Goose Rocks Beach. She fell in love with the area at a young age while vacationing
each summer at Goose Rocks Beach with her family as a child. She is
very familiar with the history and heart beat of this tight knit,
charming seaside community. Kathy's husband Bob Anuszewski works alongside her in
the construction department of the business and is
the owner of Simply Cottages, a building company
focusing on new construction, renovation and
re-modeling of cottage style homes.
The Anuszewski’s are the parents of two grown daughters Christine
and Susan. In their spare time they enjoy biking, boating, fishing and
walking on the beach.
We've only been coming to Goose Rocks Beach for 36 years and over the years we've had the opportunity to visit other beaches. A couple of years ago, Elaine and I took our first walk of the season to the beach and as we walked down the path, she said, "Can you imagine if the resort we stayed at in the Caribbean had this beach. We never would have left! No wonder Kathy is always smiling!
